Returns and Exchanges Policies
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed items for a different size or store credit (your choice) if you are not completely satisfied with your clothing selection. For an exchange, we only ask that buyers incur the shipping and handling charges related to sending customers their new size. All requests for refund or exchange must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase and sent by email to returns@plus-size-maternity-clothes.net. Requests for refunds after 14 days will be processed as a store credit.
I guarantee my products do not contain any factory defects. So I will accept faulty merchandise back for an exchange and reimburse you for standard shipping incurred returning faulty merchandise.
All sales of clearance items are final and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please retain all original packaging (bag, tag, packing slip, etc.) and please reference your Order Number.
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid (less any promotional discounts).
Current Exchange Fees:
$5.50 for US and $1.00 extra per additional item
$8.50 for Canada, plus $2.00 extra per additional item
$10.50 for International, plus $2.00 extra per additional item
